Operation manual
Transistor lead forming machine is suitable for tube loading power crystal, lGBT, MOS tube, triode molding cut foot, simple and easy to operate. Non-standard automation equipment.
I. Check before starting the machine.
1, check whether the machine power cord broken.
2, check whether the machine grounding status is good.
3, check whether the power cord connected correctly, whether the power supply meets the requirements (220V)
4、Check whether the main equipment static electricity line connected.
Second, tooling preparation
1, according to the processing machine type BOM list on the provisions of the transistor type, prepare the corresponding transistor (such as TL431, S9014).
2, debug the feeding vibration plate guide and vibration frequency.
3, debug the feeding guide and vibration frequency.
Third, processing operations
1、Turn on the power switch of feeding vibration disk to make the vibration disk in working condition, and check whether its feeding is normal.
2、Turn on the power switch of the transistor lead forming machine to make the feeding guide in working condition, and check whether the material at the vibrating plate smoothly transferred to the guide. Otherwise, it needs to be re-commissioned.
3、When the triode/transistor is conveyed to the processing disk, dial the processing control switch to manual, press the green start switch, and the machine enters the manual processing state. Continuously manually process 10PCS triode/transistor, try to insert and install it on the PCB, check whether its span is in line with the hole distance on the PCB board, and whether the foot length is in line with the requirement of short-footed operation. Otherwise, we need to notify the engineering department for debugging.
4、After the sample is qualified, turn the processing switch to automatic gear, the machine enters into automatic processing state.
Fourth, shut down the machine.
1、When processing to the required quantity of the order, turn off the vibrating plate power switch first, and then turn off the transistor

2、Tidy up and collect the processed triode.
3、Sweep and clean the triode molding machine, especially the triode scattered during processing.
V. Operating Precautions
1、When an emergency occurs, please press the emergency stop button. And notify the engineering staff to solve the problem in time.
2、This equipment is only used for automatic processing operation of triode in DIP workshop, and no other items shall be put into the machine.
3、During the operation of the machine, it is forbidden to touch the limbs and five senses to the vibration device, so as not to affect its feeding status.
4、The machine must be kept in the stop state when changing materials, repairing, cleaning and other work.
5、Strictly prohibit the machine in the running state, the state of maintenance work with electricity.
6、The cutting foot device and spanning device of this machine are fixed modules, non-engineering personnel please do not debug or disassemble.
