How the SMT PCB Magazine Rack Works
Easily Adjust Panel Width
When you want to change the width of the panels, the teeth on the upper and lower panels work together. They engage the gears on the adjustable panels. This movement drives a shaft, allowing four clips to slide in their grooves. Thus, the adjustable panels stay parallel to the fixed panels and avoid getting stuck. Once in position, the clips lock the adjustable panels securely.

Assembly Instructions
Prepare the Top Panels

Start by distinguishing the inner and outer sides of the top panels. Ensure you know which side the pillars will attach to.
Install the Pillars
Insert the pillars into the inner sides of the top panels. Fasten them using the provided hex screws. Don’t forget to use washers under the screws for extra stability.

Mount the Fixed Panels

Align the fixed panel’s holes with the bottom panel’s holes. Secure them with screws, placing washers where needed.
Attach the Adjustable Panels
Align the clips of the adjustable panels with the round holes at the ends of the grooves. Push them into place firmly.

Place the Upper Top Panel

Position the upper top panel with the inner side facing inward. Adjust everything to ensure the holes align. Use screws to secure it, adding washers as necessary.
Adjust the Position of the Panels
Open the clips on the adjustable panels. Push down evenly to slide them into place. Check that all clips fit correctly in their grooves.

Secure the Adjustable Panels

Adjust the panels to match the width of your PCB. Press down the clips to lock the adjustable panels in place.
Install the Stopper
Choose the right mounting hole based on your PCB size. Insert one end of the stopper spring into the hole and press it down to fit.
