Operation Instructions
I. Power On
- Turn on the machine power switch and the light marking power. Set the governor knob to zero, then activate the feed switch.
- Adjust the vibration plate governor knob to zero, then turn on the vibration plate toggle switch and set it to the appropriate speed.
II. Cutting the Pins
- Place the components into the machine’s vibration disk. Activate the feed switch and vibration disk switch while adjusting the vibration and feed knobs for optimal component movement.
- Connect the air source and adjust the air pressure according to the size and weight of the components.
- Adjust the track distance of the capacitor molding machine to ensure smooth travel without excessive width (1-2mm wider than the component).
- Set the height of the cutting pressure strip to be slightly higher than the component material (1-1.5mm).
- Adjust the knife box knob against the ruler pointer to set the required pin length. Activate the cutting switch and perform a test cut. Once the pin length meets requirements, proceed to mass production.
III. Shutdown
- Once all components have passed through the track, turn off all switches and remove waste pins from the waste hopper.
- Clean the machine track and lubricate the knife box oil hole.
