The PCB lead cutting machine EF-650 is a selective automatic lead cutting machine that can greatly solve the problem of lead cutting workstations.
It is specifically designed for selectively cutting the leads of electronic components that cannot be controlled in length after tinning. At the same time, it can vacuum suck the cut leads into a container, greatly improving the efficiency of lead cutting and ensuring (which cannot be guaranteed by manual labor) not to damage PCBs and electronic components. It also overcomes the disadvantage of manual lead cutting not being able to control the length of the leads, greatly saving labor costs, improving efficiency, and enhancing quality. - The normal operating power of the PCB lead cutting machine is 700W.
- The PCB lead cutting machine automatically cuts and vacuums each lead according to a pre-programmed path, with the length of each cut individually controllable, and scrap leads automatically recycled.
- The lead cutting efficiency is above 7200 points per hour, suitable for cutting leads on PCB single boards or panels within 250*320 dimensions.
