Features:

  1. Adjustable cutting speeds of 500mm/s and 300mm/s allow for high-quality, burr-free cuts, enhancing product quality.
  2. The blade travel distance is 0-360mm (blade length can be customized), with fine height adjustment of 0-2mm to accommodate various PCB thicknesses and address V-CUT groove depth issues. The operating table height is adjustable from 0-50mm.
  3. Equipped with a conveyor belt for efficient transfer of cut boards, enhancing production efficiency.
  4. The FR4 PCB depaneler is developed independently, controlled by a microcomputer program for precise positioning, with strong stability, capable of cutting a single board up to 360mm in length in one stroke.
  5. The cutting speed of the blade can be adjusted to high or low settings, with speeds of 500mm/s and 300mm/s. A faster blade speed can improve product quality by ensuring clean cuts without burrs or rough edges.
  6. The blade wheel cutting stroke ranges from 0 to 360mm (blade length can be customized). The height of the blade wheel can be finely adjusted from 0 to 2mm to accommodate various PCB board thicknesses, addressing the issue of varying depths of PCB V-CUT grooves. The operating table height is adjustable from 0 to 50mm.
  7. Equipped with a conveyor belt line for easy removal of cut boards, increasing production efficiency.
  8. The “V” groove guiding device of the FR4 PCB depaneler can be vertically adjusted for quick and stable adaptation to different substrate thicknesses, expanding its usability range.
  9. The cutting blade can be sharpened multiple times to reduce costs.
  10. Both sides of the circular blade of the FR4 PCB depaneler are equipped with blade guards to prevent hand injuries during feeding.
  11. The mode switch of the FR4 PCB depaneler is a standard switch. It can be operated continuously by foot or in a step-by-step manner. When operating in continuous foot mode and not reaching the set stroke, an alarm will flash, requiring the alarm to be canceled before continuing work.
  12. The blade components are made of SKD11 high-speed steel, known for its wear resistance and durability, with a one-year warranty.
