The new PP side panels have a lifespan ten times longer than regular side panels. The metal top and bottom plates, equipped with gear track adjustment design, offer easy operation and enhance stability by increasing friction with the ground.

The selected premium metal material gives the rack a sleek and attractive appearance. It features high resistance to bending, aging, and high load-bearing capacity, as well as resistance to stretching, compression, and tearing. With high-temperature resistance, lightweight, and durability, it can be stacked for storage, saving space.

Carefully selected raw materials are used to create anti-static products, available for custom samples. The adjustment method is through snap adjustment, saving time and effort to improve work efficiency. It can be combined with SMT loaders/unloaders for smooth PCB loading without jamming. Optional silk screen labeling can be added to the ESD Magazine Rack for easy management and increased work efficiency. The anti-static index remains stable. The slot boards are assembled from small pieces, allowing for expansion and contraction, with damaged parts replaceable. The slot board spacing can be adjusted freely based on PCB size. Precise dimensions ensure accuracy.
