Operating Principle:
The ESD Ionizing blower EI-208A can produce a substantial airflow carrying both positive and negative charges, effectively neutralizing charges on objects. When an object surface holds a negative charge, it attracts positive charges from the airflow. Conversely, when the surface carries a positive charge, it draws negative charges from the airflow. This process helps neutralize static electricity on the object’s surface, achieving the goal of eliminating static charges.
Features:
ESD Ionizing blower can provide hot air to meet application needs in different seasons. Just adjust the air volume within a wide range by the speed control switch. Please note: When turning on the hot air outlet, please adjust the air volume to the maximum limit position!
The ESD Ionizing blower EI-208A has 2 ionizing devices. These devices create a stable high-strength electric field by utilizing low current and high voltage from the high-voltage generator. They ionize the air, generating ions. And ions go to the object surface through the airflow to neutralize static electricity. Additionally, the ionizing device includes a specialized cleaner designed to eliminate dust buildup on the ionizing needle, ensuring the proper functioning of the device
Besides, the EI-208A has a dedicated ion balance circuit to achieve automatic ion balance.
ESD Ionizing blower EI-208A’s static elimination function can solve production problems caused by static electricity, such as solving dust absorption problems caused by static electricity, adhesion problems during plastic processing, and small parts jumping issues caused by static repulsion.
In a word, it can quickly neutralize static electricity. ESD Ionizing blower EI-208A has good grounding protection. It also has a large ion airflow coverage area, up to 80cm×120cm.

Notice: The ion balance voltage and static elimination time comply with ESD standards. The static elimination time is measured from 1000V to 100V using the ME268A electrostatic comprehensive tester. It’s important to note that the testing data may vary due to changes in temperature and humidity in the surrounding air.
