Once upon a time, a team of seasoned technical experts with years of experience in the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) industry joined forces to establish ETE. Their primary goal was to conduct research and develop a wide range of AI spare parts and SMT spare parts for placement machines in China. Over time, ETE emerged as a dominant force in the industry, delivering top-notch, cost-effective machine components to numerous SMT factories and effectively reducing maintenance expenses.
As the team expanded, so did their business horizons. They diversified their offerings from SMT spare parts to the research and production of various SMT peripheral equipment. Presently, our technical team comprises 20 skilled research and development professionals, bolstered by a dedicated after-sales team of 10 individuals.

We pay continuous attention to R&D and team building. Every year we put a large sum of amount into R&D and NPI.
Our team is well-trained before we officially start working. The new comers of our technical team,no matter how experienced they are, they must be internally trained at ETE for 3 months. As for sales team, they would get well trained for 1 month. Our goal is to offer the best goods and services to our customers as possible as we can. For many years,there are zero-complaints from our clients.
We have a strict quality control about each product. Only when get passed in the quality audit, will they be shipped to our customers. We are certified by CE, RoHs and ISO9000 etc. There are several big warehouses. Large stock ensures prompt delivery.
There are warehouses in many different cities. We keep all kinds of AI spare parts in large stock. Every quarter we have a large sum of spare part which is exclusively used for free samples.
